The Price Center and Garden!
Choose from our historic 1910 Room, Garden Room, Parlors, Multi-Purpose Room, and lovely Garden to create your own utterly unique event. Each of our venues are available to rent by the hour and/or day- individually or in combination for your self-catered wedding, shower, workshops, and family and business events. The Price Center also offers small private Conference Rooms for business get-away meetings in a comfortable, secluded place adjacent to downtown San Marcos;
1910 Ballroom
This beautifully repurposed former church sanctuary features a vintage pressed tin ceiling and two walls of 100+ year old 8' paned windows and....
• Seats up to 100 for dining or auditorium style seating.
• Additional ammenities include a Grand piano, stage, lighting and sound system, large screen and dance floor.
• Holds up to 200 for non-seated events

Garden Room

• Seats up to 80 people at a variety of tables for 2, 4, 6, & 8.
• Piano, portable sound, and additional tables for event check-in, and separate food and beverage needs

Garden
Two heritage pecan trees anchor our large front Garden that features a nearly ever-blooming display of native and hybrid specimens, along with nesting birds, passing butterflies and bumblebees. The Garden provides a wonderful backdrop to an outdoor event or as add-on to your indoor event.
Rental rate is $125/hr -- additional costs may apply

Large Parlor
Our Large Parlor serves as the entrance and main living room of the Center and it's also another rentable space by itself or in combination with the use of another of our venues.

Small Parlor - *FREE for Members*
This small quiet conference room serves as a nice spot to host a meeting, take a conference call or video conference. The room seats 8-10 people. Wedding parties and other events often rent the space as an add-on for a private dressing and/or gathering place. Drop-down screen and projector available for additional cost.
Rental rate is $65/hr -- additional costs may apply

Service Kitchen
The kitchen is available for you or your caterer to warm, prep and plate food. The Kitchen is an add-on amenity.
Rental rate is $50 w/another room rental
Audio Visual Services
AV services, including sound system, screen and projector are available for an additional charge.
Chair Rental
Rent our padded Black Resin Folding Chairs for your events outside of the Price Center. UV protected. Lightweight and easy to maintain. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Elegant for all events. Pick up only. $2.50 per chair. Minimum rental of 20 chairs.
Linens Rental
We will be happy to order and place necessary linens to complete your event for an additional charge.
