1893 FLEA Returns to Price Center Twice in November!
After a month-long hiatus to make room for the Lost River Film Fest, The Price Center’s popular 1893 Flea will return twice in the month of November. The standard Second Saturday Market on Nov. 11, from 10-3 will be joined be an additional longer and holiday-themed market
on Saturday Nov. 25 from 10 – 5 p.m. Vendors will be located inside and outside the Center on both days. The holiday version, which takes place on Shop Small Saturday, will feature more vendors with holiday items, Christmas music, light refreshments, and opportunities to take selfies with Santa.
The new downtown monthly market made it debut in May of this year and has grown to an eclectic market that features nearly three-dozen vendors, including some from the Center’s Shop 1893 as well as an ever-changing mix of independent individuals from those downsizing to those selling wares they made, to pickers, and small retailers.
Several indoor and outdoor spaces are still available for either market for $20. Call 512-618-2071, email info@price-center.org or stop by the Price Center to reserve a space.
Shop 1893 is a one-of-a-kind, two-story resale shop located in the 130-year-old original chapel structure at the Price Center. Three-dozen individual vendors offer an enticing mix of vintage, upcycled, and original creations as well as antiques, maker supplies, and items donated directly to the Center for resale. All proceeds benefit the ongoing operations of the Price Center. The Shop is open W-F, noon-5; Sat., 10-3. Gently used donated items are always welcome.
