The Price Center is a 501-c-3 Texas non-profit corporation which depends on public, private and business contributions to fulfill the Mission of the Greater San Marcos Area Seniors Association, Inc. (GSMASA).

Since the early 2000's the GSMASA has operated the Price Center, a truly unique, low-cost/no-cost, non-profit event center located in an historic, re-purposed, former church complex off the downtown square in San Marcos, Texas. Over the past two-and-a-half-years the Center has transitioned from a primarily senior-focused facility to one that now caters to residents and visitors of all ages via regular wellness, dance, music and acting classes, art classes and workshops, musical and theatrical performances, rotating art shows and more.

A growing number of local partners, including dues paying members of the GSMASA, private donors, the City of San Marcos, the San Marcos Arts Commission, and the San Marcos Lions Club, and Hays County are helping to fund our efforts; however, not quickly enough to meet our growing demands.

Your contribution will be acknowledged as a tax-exempt donation while you help with these city-wide services. There is nothing else like it in the San Marcos area, and we do appreciate your help in making it happen!
